Do we have to use your materials supplier if we buy your plan? No. CreativeHousePlans.com does not require that you purchase building materials through us.
Do we have to use your contractors if we buy your plan? No. You may use any building contractor you wish.
We really like these home designs. Are there other plans available? CreativeHousePlans.com is continuously developing new plans and will add them to our site as soon as they become available.
We would also like floor heating. Can your plans accompany floor heating? Yes, we can provide specs for radiant heat.

How many sets of house plans will I need? If you want to get cost estimates, you will need at least two sets of blueprints. If you decide to build one of our plans your general contractor will need at least three sets of plans, and various lenders and authorities will need approximately five sets or house plans.
Can we make changes to the house plan if we wish? Yes! We offer custom design revisions at modest rates. Many people have us customize our popular house plans to reflect their personal needs and design ideas.
