 Foundation Plan
A complete detailed drawing showing all dimensions (including post and beam locations) needed to construct the foundation. This includes the basement layout on a concrete slab.
Floor Plans
Shows each floor of the house with all the required framing dimensions, including all window and door sizes and their locations. Plumbing and heating (with venting), along with vent stack locations are also included.
Building Section
This cross section shows typical walls from the footings to the roofline, including stair details, floor and deck framing, insulation info, etc. included.
Exterior Elevations
These are drawings of the front, rear, left and right sides of the house. They also show its appearance with a particular material finish such as cedar, stucco or log.
Roof Framing Plan
Layout of the roof framing details and materials, including suggested engineering.
Electrical Plans
Complete electrical plans are included with suggestions for the placement of switches, outlets and light fixtures.
