Building Section
This cross section shows typical walls from the footings to the roofline, including stair details, floor and deck framing, insulation info, etc. included.

Exterior Elevations
These are drawings of the front, rear, left and right sides of the house. They also show its appearance with a particular material finish such as cedar, stucco or log.

Roof Framing Plan
Layout of the roof framing details and materials, including suggested engineering.

Electrical Plans
Complete electrical plans are included with suggestions for the placement of switches, outlets and light fixtures.

What is not included:

Heating and Plumbing Plan:
Considering the variations in climate and building codes, heating and plumbing bids are typically supplied by local subcontractors after looking over your drawings.

Material Quantity List:
These lists should be obtained from the contractor you choose or from your local lumber and building materials supplier.

Construction Cost Analysis:
After receiving your working drawings an accurate cost estimate can be made by a local builder. The contractor should provide the material quantity lists; costs may vary depending on choice of materials, labor and degree of finish detail.
